From plank to relic

Four steps, one workbench, no shortcuts. The machine gives the precision. The hands give the finish.

Cut

The CNC cuts the silhouette from a solid blank of walnut, cherry or ash.
Engrave

A fine bit carves every line of the design, deep enough to hold resin and sharp enough to keep the detail.
Fill

We pour coloured epoxy into the engraving by hand and let it cure until it is glass-hard.
Finish

Sanded flush, oiled and checked by hand before it is wrapped and shipped.

Wood: Solid walnut, cherry or ash. Every board has its own grain, so no two pieces look the same.
Resin: Epoxy resin, poured by hand into the engraving and sanded flush. Blood red as standard, other colours on request.
Finish: Oiled to bring out the grain and protect the wood.
Care: Wipe with a damp cloth and dry it. No dishwasher, no soaking. A drop of wood oil now and then keeps it deep and dark.
Shipping: Made to order and shipped from Holdorf, Germany. Shipping costs show in the cart.
Returns: Unused pieces without an engraving can be returned within 14 days. Engraved pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned.
